Timekeeper

The Timekeeper is critical in supporting timekeeping for Maxim employees on assignment with our customer to ensure our employees are paid timely and the customer is billed properly

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures proper timekeeping and billing for assigned projects
• Administration and processing of invoicing, work records, personnel files, and associated documents
• Cross-function between field and corporate payroll to address any payroll related issues
• Assist employees in completing any paperwork if needed
• Maintain professional level of communication with staff throughout organization, while exercising discretion with confidential information
• Meet strict deadlines with occasional requirements to work evenings and weekends
• Performs other duties as assigned or required

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma or GED

Experience:

• 1+ years' experience in previous data management position preferred

Skills/Knowledge:

• Basic mathematical skills
• Moderate communication and problem-solving skills
• Moderate ability to work in fast-paced environment and operate with a sense of urgency
• Advanced attention to detail

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, use hands to finger; handle or feel; and kneel; crouch; or crawl; and talk; or hear; push and/or pull; reach; bend and/or stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Must be able to stand and be mobile for a minimum of 8 consecutive hours and able to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in extreme temperatures.
