The qualified Licensed Practical Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Services are furnished in accordance with Boost Home Healthcare policy.Benefits of joining our team include:Nurse led agencyPaid trainingOngoing training and development opportunitiesFlexible schedulingAdvance payroll disbursementNo weekends requiredMileage reimbursementWhat we're looking for:Graduate of an approved school of practical (vocational) nursingLicensed practical (vocational) nurse in the state of job postingRequired minimum one (1) year of LPN experience; preferred one (1) year LPN experience in a home healthcare settingMust have current BLS CertificationA passion to serve and help others live their best lives possibleWhat you'll be doing:Implement the nursing care plan for each patient.Maintain accurate and complete records of observations, treatments, and care of patients.Provide nursing services, treatments, education, diagnostic, and preventative procedures as assigned.Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate.Observe, assess, and report changes in the patient's condition, including responses to treatments and medications, to the RN and physician.Teach and counsel the patient and family/guardian regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the patient at home.Salary range: $24.50 – 28/hrWhat you can expect:Application review: Our recruitment team will review your application within 1 business day of submission.Initial phone screening: If your application is shortlisted, you will be contacted for a 20–30-minute phone screening within 2 business days.Interview: Successful candidates from the phone screening will be invited to a virtual or in-person interview with the hiring manager.
